THE VILLAS ANEMONI, VIOLETA, GERANI, MARGARITA, NUFARO

These 2007 built detached 2 floor villas are situated approximately 200 meters from the seafront. All consist of a living room with open kitchen and dining room area downstairs with a spacious toilet and shower.

The couches in the living room can be easily converted into two single beds (double bed when they are attached). Each villa also has a balcony downstairs with comfortable chairs and a grass terrace in front of each villa with relaxing beds. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a full size bath. All villas are air-conditioned and they all have been furnished with quality furniture and each villas has its own garage.

All villas enjoy lovely panoramic views over the Pyllaros Valley to the front and right and to the left the beautiful bay of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea. Since the villas are all facing towards the south, they all enjoy sunshine the whole day through. The five maisonette villas are all detached and they all enjoy the privacy you would expect.

Relaxing at the pool
The 40 square meter swimming pool is ideal for those days you prefer not to go to the nearby beaches.

There are also toilets and showers down the stairs next to the pool.

From the swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful views over the valley of Pyllaros to the right and the village of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea to the left.

Spacious fully equipped kitchen
This lovely designed kitchen has all the facilities you can wish for to cook a full meal. A large fridge, a proper oven with four cooking rings, full kitchen utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and kettle, plenty of cupboard space, a large sink and a window above it with a lovely view.

In the open kitchen area you will also enjoy the comfort of a dining table with four chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. the balcony in front of the kitchen also has a spacious table with comfortable relaxing chairs for those days and nights you prefer to sit outside.
 

Spacious Bedrooms
The bedroom upstairs has the comfort of a television, air-conditioning, dressing table with mirror and large built-in wardrobes.
The spacious balcony with comfortable deck chairs can be accessed from the bedroom through sliding doors. The balcony enables for lovely valley views to the front and right and sea view to the left.

There is also a spacious separate bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a full bathtub as can be seen on the smaller pictures on the left.
